ProgresShare is a Non Capitalization Energy Program allowing companies across the Nation to achieve new efficiencies and financial savings with no capital outlay.

ProgresShare funds both private and municipal energy projects from the rebates and savings achieved by the projects themselves.

ProgresShare does not require credit checks, financials, or personal guarantees. In fact, ProgresShare agreements fall under the accounting category of service and maintenance as an expense line item, and because this is not financing, it is not debt on a company's balance sheet.

How does it work?

To participate in ProgresShare, the client simply enters into a ProgresShare agreement with Progressive Lighting & Energy Solutions, Inc., who manages all related project activities for the client. Project rebates and incentives are assigned directly to Progressive, along with a small portion of the savings each month for a predetermined period of time after project completion.

Every ProgresShare agreement is unique. Typical projects have a 1-3 year payback and require a 5 year agreement. The amount and the timeframe are project specific and are directly related to the cost and savings of the project.

During the life of the agreement, Progressive Lighting & Energy Solutions will conduct quarterly inspections, maintaining and repairing all equipment installed, as well as monitoring monthly utility billing statements to insure proper billing and estimated savings.
